Come What May
I have the love of the most beautiful woman in the universe And I can’t offer her much except love written in verse I think in this life somebody must have put me under a curse I wish deep in my heart that the sickness that ails me I could reverse To find her and then to be separated is the absolute worse We’ve loved each other before, in a past life where she was mine In that life we shared a love so pure, so true and so divine In this life she is still the one who can intoxicate my soul like wine She is the only one for me, the one who makes my living fine And we were created for each other by fate’s grand design I will love her faithfully, our love I will never ever betray And the sincerity of my intentions to her I want to convey I will try to stay alive and be here for that wonderful day That day she comes home to me and beside me forever stay But if things don’t work out I will still love her come what may
