I come here to eat my breakfast on nice days and to take in the scenery before heading to the office. Paris has been good to me. I grew up in Houston, Texas and then went on to university at UCLA to become a climatologist. How I ended up here is a long story but suffice it to say my Parisian mother had something to do with it. I truly enjoyed my uncluttered, single lifestyle. So anyway, there I was munching on a breakfast burrito when this twenty-something blonde with cat-green eyes plops down beside me and asks the above question, quite out of the blue I might add. "Uh, well I grew up binging on The Joshua Tree, so yeah," I replied. Now here's the really weird part. Nothing. Not another word.
