A Runt In the Land of Giants
Here is a tale of the runt, in the land of giants Bearing the brunt of her size and growing defiant This pint sized gal was a mere 23 feet tall Compared to others at 30, seemed like nothing at all She couldn't play sports or join them in battle Sat on the sidelines with elders in idle prittle prattle She longed for adventure, if only her vigor could be shown But at the laughable height of an ogre full grown? They'd scoff, Not likely" And say it contritely. So she picked up and left, taking nothing along Just her will and her drive, whether it be right or wrong This is when the story takes a bit of a left turn Her saga led her to a bridge where here she'd learn Trolls were significantly smaller in stature Tolls were no issue either, since she left the bridge in fracture So she made her way through And they tasted good too. She was feeling great, belly full and spirits high Now she needed a drink, trolls are notoriously dry She found a stream swimming with elves and munchkins And munch them she did, with a big post lunch grin Outside the land of Giants, it was her who was large The first time she'd felt powerful and in charge She fought off goblins and snacked on faeries and bones Called them pixie on the rocks, when she ate them with stones No sprites though, that was bad luck No matter, they made her 7-UP chuck Well, word had spread back to the giants at the homeland The damage this runt had done was becoming more grand They sent out a search party to stop her habitat destruction All the biggest giants went searching (it was quite a production) They'd made peace with all the creatures except for one To live harmoniously with no fear of being eaten or run Just as they found our little runt, who came out of the wood The one that towered over giants, this situation was no good Who make the heart stop Yeah. It was the cyclops They readied to fight but knew giants were no match When a light bulb appeared above the runt, a plan to hatch Waving her arms she distracted cyclops who gave chase She knew she had the advantage in a (really) big foot race Led him to a gap in the forest, her tiny frame through with ease As he followed her, he ended up stuck in the clearing of trees Unable to escape she had taken down the giant's foe No small part to her small size she felt thankful she couldn't grow Now the giants see her better with a welcome back to the group Especially after a big victory bowl of giant eyeball soup! Who says you can't do it all Just because you're small
