Confusion
Sometimes foreseeing your future, you can already tell, who and what will become the past. Sometimes looking into the past, you wish, you wish that some memories wouldn't last. When it rains who see your tears? Life! has taken everything and give very little in return. Still giving thanks regardless; whichever way life’s table may turn. Flip a coin, might as well. Too many directions, so much to see and a lot to tell. With so many personalities, especially in the eyes of your kids, one at work and at home. Who are you really, what role you play is true? Some would say, you would be amazed with what life can do. So you glanced into the mirror, where did the time go? You have aged, with all these memories And suddenly, your memory too starts to go. Sometimes foreseeing the future I wish some friends were still here. Sometimes looking back into the past there are times I shed tears. Some wish they were still a child, For misfortune and trials keep making a pile. Remember we take nothing after this, So treasure the things that matters most. Nature, your family and friends or maybe that first kiss But never entertain regret about what your life may have missed. For God's plan was never about this. Life repeat itself and leaves us with an illusion. People design ways for us to be derailed and allow the intrusion. Think I am lying? Just step back and look, just look at life’s confusion.
