Listen to poem:
The ever-present
Autumn wind
Roams outside my door
Sometimes with
A thunderous roar
Sometimes with
A faint whisper
Stirring trees
Twirling dead leaves
Of red and gold
Each morning, we greet
At the door
Or at the window
Soothing winds
I gleefully welcome in
Winds that make me shiver
Will continue
To roam outside
