Solitude
SOLITUDE
Sound banished,
deeper than quiet,
peaceful, calm;
profoundly
hushed and still sanctuary,
refuge for the soul.
Here one rests,
inhales more than air;
spirit pores
open wide
drink in the healing nectar,
harmony of life.
