Poetry and Me
If your tomorrow happen without me?
Will you miss the way I used to write for thee?
Those thousand lines depicting my emotions to you!
Will you open those again, at least a few?
Do you still remember those first four sensuous lines?
And...and that gloomy one,
which I had written for you, maybe last time!
Depicting that perhaps our way is dividing,
and you are someone else's, though you were never mine!
Or that one, I had written on a rainy day!
I had written all that, which I couldn't say!
Will you read?
Will you read that all again?
With a sweet smile or with pain?
No, dear,
if tomorrow happen without me,
never mourn, never search me anywhere else,
rather, within my poetry, there I will ever be.
