My Wonder Years
So fondly I remember
As my soul exhales a sigh,
Those glowing, years of youth
That slipped so quickly by.
Upon my history's pages,
One life, one love, one story.
How swiftly they did fly,
My yesteryears of glory.
But as long as they're held closely,
Those days cannot depart.
The wonder of my wonder years,
Will live within my heart.
