All That Rises Must Fall

Her spring returns to me, in death, I shed a tear, alone, for the weeping blossoms, in the knowledge a moon will rise again, before the rhythm of her breath, turns out to be my own.

Hi Kate, I really like your poems, not only do you bring the readers in; so that they can feel the emotions in your poems. Your poems are really great from one poet to another.

Dear Kate, Wonderful imagery of spring returning even amidst death's sorrow speaks to the eternal renewal embedded in the fabric of existence. I loved how your words capture the bittersweet beauty of loss and the enduring hope that follows, symbolized by the rising moon. May you find peace in the rhythms of life's transitions, knowing that even in moments of sorrow, there is the promise of renewal and rebirth. Blessings, Daniel.

ALL THAT RISES MUST FALL is a poem of intrinsic bonds that death cannot break. I like the smooth flow of meter with a personal look at the end.
