In the spiritual world, our souls and spiritual bodies are made of light and sound. The Universe and perhaps a multiverse are also actually made up of light and sound. Atoms are hollow, and therefore that suggests there is really nothing there. Which may prove we do live in a simulation. But the simulation is real, because the truth is atoms are made up of light and sound. The greater truth is all living conscient beings are projecting light and sound made concrete to form reality together. We all collectively agree on surroundings we see and touch.

Negative psycho-emotional disturbances and physical crimes we commit, are not God's fault, but only the fault of humans and any other living being capable of such things. It is possible for Earthlings to achieve world peace, but we are mislead by organizations who are greedy and want to invade other countries for resources. In the end much of what people do is to protect their countries, and yet when they accomplish that, some still abuse their citizens. Most of the evil and unfairness in the world is not caused by supernatural beings, but instead caused by very human people who want to unnecessarily control what others do. It is very human, according to the duality of human nature, to want to commit evil acts or impose unnecessarily strict laws. We are all capable of it, but some of our souls are spiritually advanced enough to know it is better to do right by others and do good for those in need or worthy of it. The oldest goal of every religion, philosophical school, and forms of practicing spirituality, is to enlighten people and improve the collective lives of human beings.

Buddhism teaches that we must let go of desire(s) in order to end suffering, attain enlightenment, and end the reincarnation cycle. But it is not as clear cut as that. We can still have desires in our living days, but the actual point is to know when to let go and just be. We suffer not because of desire itself, but because of our failing pursuits or lack of correct actions to fulfill the desires. We suffer because we want what we can't have, and it is only when we learn to let go that we feel better about these failings. We also suffer because we have amnesia of how we are actually connected to everything and everyone, and so we already have what we want or need most: family, shelter, food, friends, and so on.

The bigger point to enlightenment, and reaching Nirvana (a state of the mind in living days and oneness with everything post-death), is to just let go, and just be. Just live in the present, appreciate what you do have going on for yourself. Because you already are a part of everything, so why should you want anything? This also ties in with the Biblical saying, "I shall not want." Meaning we ourselves are all gods and goddesses, and being created in the image of God means just that. Our souls collectively project reality and hence we all have precisely what we need and want to grow spiritually. A saying I have, "It is not whether you deserve it or not, it's about what you can learn from it."

So what does it mean to become enlightened near, upon, and post-death? Well, it is a self-explanatory word. You must lighten your load in order to move onto the spiritual side of reality. You must let go of what else you could do, let go of what could have been, and so on. You cannot take your negative thoughts, feelings, and experiences with you to the afterlife, as they will only weigh your soul down. You will also gain an omniscient understanding of why bad things happened and why you lived your life the way you did.

According to the Ancient Egyptians, your soul must weigh as light as a feather. What is lighter than a feather but light iself? Our souls are made up of light and sound, and they are of higher frequencies than our eyes can see and our ears can hear. To enlighten yourself is to set your soul free to be as light as a feather, and what is lighter than light itself? Enlightenment means realizing and accepting everything is connected and everything is in perpetual motion, going as it is meant to be, for better or worse. It is only a matter of what our souls learn from all experiences: the good, the bad, and the ugly.
