Ripple Effect

Riding tides since creation
Unfamiliar sensations
Looking back to see my face
All is void black filled future
Ignorant of our true nature
Riding this wave of confusion
Feeling the ripple effect

I cant defect this mold
Thick as steel bars
Crashing cars or distant waves
Whos to say what is
Stay in delusion
Deny our inclusion
nails rip from scratching
To the bone you're still you
You're still them
their breath on my neck
I loath their ardent wants
Their blood still mine
All inclusive
somewhere down the line
Somehow still
We cant relate

Void travels forward no destination
Fate stay close to the hope i see
When my eyes close
knowing i may be blinded by it
The void prevailing always
Onward staying corse
Still ridding the ripple effect

Looking back its all the same
Me riding the wave
like a mirror facing itself
One after another
Slowly Growing fresh with life

Im focused on you now
The great you that you dont know
Looking back i melt involuntary
A force pushing me flat unmovable
I cant fight it i cant save you
Cant i? We danced while we stepped
To the beat of a gavel both on trial
Guilty in some way or another
A blue Chevy with an empty seat
Regardless of whos in it.
I know you enough to say i didnt
That doors closed now

But still i ride that fricking wave
And i still look back seeing
If i misbehaved seeing me still the same
Not knowing where or how or when
Its all the same

like autumn
Watching leaves fall from the first to a thousand times touching my face all the while growing insane by the constant change but none at all

Ill held you once i held you forever
An embrace we're laced with fear
Our love dwindling down to walks and books
With looks seeing symmetry we're beakers
You and i Measuering us up to see if you want to see the leaves change together
With or with out it though its all the same
Were all the same wanting the same
Knowing the void only from the start to the finish we are finished at the start doing our part riding the ripple effect its inescapable.

So ill ride the wave with no more questions or complaints with no more then what is. whoever stares from the front or follows i am what i am, if even that.
l'appel du vide! I shout to see the end whenever however. i dont care about the cause anymore i cant fight the wave forward backward, im patient seeing enough to know i wont know im certain of that just as im sure as I forget to look here and now still.... riding the ripple effecf
