George Christos Poem
The world is turning upside down
Covid 19 is all around
Numbers are growing without bound
Protests, killing, riots
and lots of bloody fights
The world is turning upside down
Most of the world leaders are just clowns
The best in the world pound for pound
For telling lots of lies
While the world just cries
The world is turning upside down
Who the hell is the fkn crown?
And why is she wearing such a fancy gown?
Statues are tumbling
As the crowd is are a'rumbling
The world is turning upside down
2020 will go down with a frown
Never in history to be found
Lots of people will die
No matter how much they cry

George Christos Poem
I love the plants, bushes and trees
And the birds, animals and bees
I love the hills, rivers and creeks
And the ocean, beach, and mountain peaks
I love the fish, sharks and sheep
And to just watch a grasshopper leap
I love the insects, spiders, and other bugs
And even the ants, wasps and slugs
I feel peace and love in nature
But man looms the biggest danger.
With mining, farming and agriculture
He circles around like a vulture.

George Christos Poem
The world is turning upside down
Population exploding out of bound
Babies crying from starvation
Too late to stop impending devastation
The world is turning upside down
Pollution in the air and ground
Forests dying, losing soil
Fish are floating covered in oil
The world is turning upside down
Nuclear weapons ready to pound
Chemical dust, biological weapons too
Designed to kill me and you
The world is turning upside down
Countries and religious wars around
Dictators will not step down
Until we bury them in the ground
The world is turning upside down
Corruption and money abound
Politicans, banks, companies and all
Seeing how much they can score
The world is turning upside down
Crime everywhere is found
Thieves, rapists, killers and all
Be sure to lock your front door
The world is turning upside down
New strains of viruses being found
Ebola, HIV and Hepatitis D
Hard to contain, moving free
The world is turning upside down
Drugs a plenty, dealt underground
Ecstacy, Mull, Crack and Smack
Our kids will end up in a sack
The world is turning upside down
fast food, no cooking sound
Hamburgers, Pizzas, hot dogs and fries
Fish and chips, and mutton pies
The world is turning upside down
The world is turning upside down
The world is turning upside down
Can the Internet twist it around?

George Christos Poem
God is wonderful, God is great
Tens of thousands of years ago, people were scared of the dark
So they worshipped the sacred sun, the moon and even a spark
God is based on fear, God is in self
God is an illusion, he might be an elf
As people started to live together and share their lives
Each working for a common cause men children and wives
God is law, God is good
God is an illusion, from childhood
The church took the power and made Jesus great
All designed to control people's fate
God is power, God is to blame
God is an illusion, there is no shame
People would preach the bible kuran and other ideas
Brain-washing their children with their verbal diarrhoea
God is words, God is read out loud
God is an illusion, not to be bowed
As religions met one another, there was conflict wraith
Wars started, each with God on their side of faith
God is many, God is contradictory
God is an illusion, he wants victory
We are all allowed religious freedom, even is it is nonsense
We can say what we believe but not denigrate another's concept
God is a virus of the brain, God is a game
God is an illusion, just a name
The world has opened up to a new age with communication rife
The foundations of religions are now in strife
God is cyber, God is shared
God is an illusion, laid out bared
The church is losing its power and soon will marry gays
As logic looks more closely at the words the bibles say
God is false, God is true
God is everything, God is nothing
God is nowhere, God is everywhere
God is man, God is woman
God is transsexual, God is bisexual
God is here, God is there
God only exists in your head, but he is really dead
God is what we don't understand, in this great big land
God will never be ever seen, he is just a meme
God will never disappear, as he is based on fear
God is wonderful, God is great
God is an illusion, made-up mate
God is wonderful, God is great
God is an illusion, made-up mate

George Christos Poem
Ethan, did you fix that fence?
and strip that door?
you're losing your sense.
you've hit the floor.
so, how do you feel?
so far from home.
like a complete unknown.
how do you feel?
yes, how do you feel......ethan?
George, did you finish that fence?
or paint the door?
you're a bit tense.
you can't take anymore.
so, how do you feel?
all alone at home
like a complete unknown
how do you feel?
yes, how do you feel......George?
Jim, did you look after your dog?
and get some work done?
it was a real slog
it's okay for some
so, how do you feel?
inside your own home
like a complete unknown
how do you feel?
yes, how do you feel......Jim?
Mum, did you feed your dogs?
and make some income?
it is nice with some grog.
it's worse for another mums.
so, how do you feel?
not always at home alone.
liked and well known.
how do you feel?
yes, how do you feel......Mum?
Kelly, did you relax and rest?
and cook some munja?
i'm your pest.
it's okay, have some gunja.
so, how do you feel?
having to stay home
as it is known
how do you feel?
yes, how do you feel.....Kelly?
Johnny, did you use your axe out south-west?
and how's that scar?
i'll help you with the rest
it's okay, you have firewood bizarre.
so, how do you feel?
getting away from home
and to be completely unknown
how do you feel?
yes, how do you feel......johnny?
Daniel, did you have a ceremoney?
and smell some flowers?
I think you're a bit boney
and you need a shower
so, how do you feel?
so far from any home
known as an unknown
how do you feel?
yes, how do you feel......Daniel?
Emily, did you cook some macaroni
and feed willow for hours?
i think you should try rigatoni.
and not have to scour.
so, how do you feel?
so so stuck at home.
unknown to the known.
how do you feel?
yes, how do you feel......Emily?
Willow, did you moan and groan?
and also laugh and smile?
you need talk to deddo on the telephone.
and take that bus a mile.
so, how do you feel?
also stuck at home
well grown, it is known
how do you feel?
yes, how do you feel......willow?
yes, yes, how do you all feel?
how do you all feel?
in this complete unknown
making your next deal
like a rolling stone.
how does it feel?
how does it feel?
how does it feel, my family?

George Christos Poem
My head's in a spin, going round and round
and ,my feet are floating, far from the ground.
You don't understand me, you think I'm a clown
and, you don't need me, you're putting me down.
Show me your love, open your heart.
Show me you care, let's not part.
My heart's broken, it's beating a pound
and, my soul's a chokin', it's Dixie bound.
You don't listen to me, you ignore my every sound
and, you don't care for me, you wish I wasn't around.
Show me your love, open your heart.
Show me you care, let's not depart.
My life's a mess, it's like I've drowned
and, my feelings are done pretty sound.
You don't look at me, your eyes to the ground
and, you don't feel me, your arms are bound.
Show me your love, open your heart.
Show me you care, let's make a new start.

George Christos Poem
The world as it seems around me is a bit dark
But there's lots of light coming through the park
I hear a dog call me with it's bark
All we need baby is to restart a spark
I know we can break the shackles free
And walk hand in hand like it use to be.
The journey is the present, it is here and now.
What's that I hear, sounds like a cow
The pastures are green, they just need a plow
All we need baby is to figure how
The future may look difficult but will set us free
If we walk hand in hand like it use to be.
Love is strong, love is divine
Nothing ever goes down the line
Is that a fish I see in the brine?
All we need baby is a good bottle of wine
We can make it, break the shackles and flee
As long as we walk hand in hand like it use to be
When we get there it will be bliss
But what we need to do is not dismiss
Sounds like a snake in the grass hiss
All we need baby is a passionate kiss
As we grow older together you and me
we'll hold hands like it use to be
And it will be for all plain to see
We did it hand in hand like it should be
And we climbed the mountain to be free
Hand in hand like it use to be.

George Christos Poem
He was a nice quiet gentle man
He had family friends wife and a daughter too
But Rayshard Brooks was also a black man
He was just waiting for a burger at Wendy's drive-through
He'd been for a drink and was tired that time of day
He fell asleep in his car
Wendy's called the police, there's a car in the driveway
They probably didn't need to go that far
The police came and woke Rayshard Brooks up from his dream
They made him walk the line, watch their finger move across his face
They talked to him for ages or so it seemed
They made him show he did not need a brace
He had passed a 20 minute sobriety test
But then they insisted on a breathalyzer too
He blew .108, and that set up the arrest
He would have been under if he had a burger and milk shake too
They went to handcuff him
Rayshard thought of George Floyd and his fate
And decided to resist, run and escape them
He was running away but it was all a bit too late
Although the cops had his name licence and car
And they could have picked him up later
Three shots were fired right at him, quite bizarre
With no warning shot for that matter
They shot him in the back twice
Lethal force was not warranted to defend
The charge should be murder with a price
Another murder most foul, so hard to apprehend
Another black man is shot dead
Laying in his blood where he bleed
After Rayshard Brooks had been killed
Protesters came to Wendy's from the up the hill
They set the place ablaze
In a fit of revenge and rage
Everyone has had enough of all of that stuff
And now is the time to get tough
Murder murder they cried
That black man did not need to die
Everyone is now marching in the streets
Nothing is going to stop these feet

George Christos Poem
A nerd slurred a word unheard, to be his preferred password.
A bird flew over a furred herd, be-gird by a Kurd.
He stirred and blurred, to a curd a third of turd.
But undeterred he spurred the transferred word, to be heard and conferred.
To reword the inferred referred word, to be deferred is just absurd.
