Last 1 Left

Am I the last one left
cause all the world is a mess

I seek to teach my brothers
but they seek their own success

How can the people ignore
the hurting neighbor next door

They act like life is just that easy
when you're black and you're poor

So I prepare myself to fight
and get ready for war

For soon the sad will be the happy
and feel no pain no more

So with my very last breath
before I lay down and rest

I want to say that I feel
like I'm the last one left.

Spiraling Thoughts

So many thoughts in my mind,
only my Spirit can find

My soul is running a race,
I think I'm traveling in time

Our people dying so fast,
It seems nobody can last

How can the mourners rejoice,
if they're a sound with no voice

I hope to be a true light,
and only live for what's right

So all the people can see,
the way a leader should be

The only purpose of man,
is love and govern the land

But people love to go sin,
and do it over again

Until they look at the end,
and see there's no way to win.

Veils of Illusion

Truth is blinded by veils,
the world is governed by males

The blacks are packed big jails,
my brothers living in cells

I feel I'm living in Hell,
cause there's no freedom or bail

The only way to have peace,
is through God's love or deceased

It makes you hate to be poor,
cause all the wealthy ignore

The veil has blinded their eyes,
to all the hurting outside

But I will fight for the peace,
that God created for man

Until my soul is released,
and body turns into sand.

Brain Power

I live to train my left and right brain,
release the poor from their pain

And tell the selfish world of men,
the life they live is insane

The system that we live in,
so divided and so vain

I wish that I could change it all
with little work and strain

Today's the day I fight for,
what no one else attained

So everyone can follow me,
live free from selfish gain

I hope that they will see me
as a servant and a leader

Ans say I was a poet,
a writer, and a reader.

Spirit of Love

I hope one day
the world discovers

The Spirit within
that unites us as brothers
