Guardian Angel

I wipe the tears from your face,
I hold you close and say it'll be okay.
I'm your sister, your guardian angel, and your best friend,
And I promise I'll be here til' the end.

When you feel scared and think your life's through,
I promise I'm here for you.
When a stupid guy makes you mad,
I'll grab my bat, and he'll be feeling bad.

You help me stay strong,
You've been here all along.
I love it when you smile,
And i hug you when you cry.

So promise me,
You'll never leave.
I know you need me, its true,
But I definitley need you!

No Heart

She's afraid.
She's scared now that they've all went away.
All she feels is emptiness in the dark,
And the only sound is her pounding heart.

Her body shudders.
Tears fall, one after another.
The silence consumes her.
With each passing moment, she becomes more unerved.

Whispers surround her like a dark veil.
No one's there to help her, her body so frail.
She panics and screams out,
But no one's there to hear her shout.

The darkness will eat her soul and heart,
All because she was left alone, falling apart.
She tries to calm down, she tries to escape,
But inside she knows she won't see the next day.

She knows now it's too late,
So she lays down and excepts her fate.
That's how they found her, lying in the dark,
And they found that inside her, there was no heart.

Live

People are amazed,
As you walk by chin raised.
They ask how are you still sane,
After you've lost everything?

You turn to their staring eyes,
Catching them by suprise;
And say simply, I live for my losses.
If we never lose, why would we want to win?

If it wasn't for death, whar would be the reason to live?
Live your life for those who die.
Brightly smile for those who cry.

Walk with your head held high for those who are low.
Go on each day as if there's no tomorrow.

My Light

Fear flashed through her eyes.
She silently cries.
She doesn't want to be alone.
But no one is around.

She's left by herself.
Darkness an pain, no one else.
Her tears streak down her face,
As she stands in that lonely place.

Deadly whispers flood from the shadows.
She wonders if she will see tomorrow.
Giving up seems like the only option.
To let her soul dissapear into nothing.

She sees a light,
The one person who stood by her side.
He came to save her from pain.
He whispers 'it'll be okay.

She couldn't believe that she didn't see,
That all along it was him she needed.
She held him tight,
And said thank you for being here, you saved my life.
