A Warning

Earth is the only thing we’ve got
Until now trash is the only thing we’ve brought
But now take it seriously in your mind
Stop throwing trash stop being blind

To save the world plant a tree
For each one cut you plant three
Responsibility starts with you
Corrections our actions the things we do

We are one and the same
Killing a tree gave no man fame
They are alive they breathe
They feel pain they writhe

By melting ice caps
The worlds oceans will rise
And the land will collapse
Right in front of our eyes

The Sun once Sean so brightly
But now it’s changed greatly
Birds used to sing songs of happiness
Now they feel pain and sing sadness

How to undo what’s been done
Turn back the clock start again
Go back to where it all began
To stop it going down the drain

The green grass Shall turn brown
Making smiles into frowns
Water shall stop being clear
People will stop agility shed a tear

Have you ever wondered
Of these things go on a ponder
So go green stop global warming
This is a poem and a warning

A New Chapter

moving to secondary feels so strange
Teachers tell us to write page after page
I don’t know the teachers or the school
I don’t know my lessons every rule

Test then homework then test
Teachers yelled but we doing our best
A whirl pool of stress notted inside us
We go home parents ask what’s wrong
We reply as nothing much

It’s a big step you know
We need to learn step up say no
You need friends to support you
Friends feelings too

Everything is getting better
The knot inside me starting to ease
I’ve got friends that support me
I can laugh with my class without being alone

I like the giant step I’ve made
In front of me opportunities are laid
The post the new friends and learning goals
Most has changed but I like it

Only a Dream

Take a Break for the rest of your life
Not doing work sunshine or strife
Of the fields running free
Dancing on the sand looking at the sea
Only a dream

Sleeping in every morning
Stay in all day or go exploring
Listening to music every hour of the day
It would be amazing wouldn’t you say
But only a dream

Having everything you wish for
Been the happiest and more
No one to bother you
No one to tell you to stop
But only a dream

Life

Your life is like a piece of clay
You mold it and building on it every day.
So, do you what you want to do it
You can take action or do nothing just sit.

Your life is too precious to give away.
Spend it on stupid things day by day.
Instead to get up, choose your goal.
Focus on it. Looks that way, you’re in control.

Everyone has an equal chance.
To do what they want in advance.
So work hard towards your dream
And in years time it will be worth the extreme

Many won’t think you’ll be able to do it
They’ll always be haters, but they’ll never admit
When others tried to knock you Down
Ignore them, turn their smirk into a frown

One day, you prove those who doubted you wrong
Show them, this is what you want, where you belong
When you’re not sure this will be your motivation
Be brave, and if your life, full of determination
