Tending trend

True love got blend,
Where a heart lives.
Livin trend is trending,
All about talking self!

Breathe is breathless,
Please is a tribute.
Happiness is happy less,
Kindness at the brute.

Can't survive here...
Living life of morality.
God make it fair,
Else to let me within...

Shy Woman Trend

I see here that shy woman
Prefer to wear bright colors
But why I see her wearing red
I see her gorgeous catwalk
The woman in red is dangerous
Don't touch the woman in red
The lady in red is beautiful
The woman in red is fire
Is shy woman nowadays a trend
Or form of fashion to passionate.

Premium Member The new cicada trend

Awakening early mornings with an eerie sound,
as cicadas start calling, emerging from the ground.
These harmless insects shed their exoskeletons,
leaving evidence of cycle changes for every one.
In their once timely appearance you could have placed stock,
due to their biological alarm clock.
Now with global warming and the earth heating up,
cicadas are coming more frequently to mate and feed on newer stuff.
Changing their long held patterns, navigating cooler courses,
they are moving further north in search of better food choices.
Don't run off to an audiologist my friend, that buzzing
in your ears is just this new cicada trend.

They tell you what's hot,
They tell you what's not,
They'll tell you who's who.

They tell you what to wear,
They tell you what to share,
They'll tell you what to do.

They tell you what to say,
They tell you who to pay,
The'll tell you who to doubt.

They tell you what to eat,
They tell you who to beat,
They'll tell you what it's all about.

They tell you what to buy,
They tell you when to cry,
They'll tell you that it's just a game.

They tell you who to cheer,
They tell you who to smear,
They'll never ever take the blame.

But I don't need to be told,
And I don't need to be sold,
Cause on my own I'm doing well.

When it comes to a choice,
I'll just trust my own voice,
So who the hell are they to tell.

Four Haiku Type Poems, Not On Nature

FOUR HAIKU TYPE POEMS
(NOT ON NATURE)

Kinder words today
And try again tomorrow
Could start a fine trend

Learn to say thank you
When a soul comes to help you
It may just come back

Give them a smile
And a hug that is needed
You've gained a new friend

You may have the time
Don't waste it on foolishness
Use in a wise way

Communication

COMMUNICATION
Leaps and bounds of progress made
 In this modern world,
As we speed around the earth
 Electronic darts are hurled.

Communing with our fellow beings
 Seems to be the trend,
Yet has this brought us real peace
Or will it bring the end?

Until each one communes with God,
 Forgets his self and pride,
And learns to communicate with love,
 These evils won’t subside.

If we would seek our Creator’s plan,
 For each one of us,
We would learn how to commune
 And end with happiness.

A Trend

Even poets
knew well
that tomorrow
is also binding
this way
why drawn
like a chased grasshopper
in a political green?
perhaps, I mentioned
a poetic theme.

Life and fine opulence are firmly in coaction.
All matter sprang into being at divergent times.
On the planet, the deed is built over dynamic vision.
A competition of overlooked, significant paradigms.

The introverted person says virtually nothing.
Dwelling in ecstasy, ringed by the bliss flow.
Explicit subjects mix through the wondering.
Nothing but oneself, glorious light, bestow.

Are such laws of the universe the same over time?
Or do they alter in the same way as a person's mind?
Surviving only till the environment restores the sublime.
Have you all been looking for some way to unwind?

As an ending product, calm and quietness stay vital.
Nothing works until you have trust in God, a symbol.

Don’t be melodramatic, Mama Witch said.
Don’t want to take curmudgeon with you to bed.
Little Witch smelled honeysuckle of her Uncle Ted.
It came incrementally as beddy bye book was read.

You’re the kingpin of your life, said her cousin Zed.
She loved it when these spirits came into her head.
Next morning Mama Witch asked “Ready for a moped?”
Why not? Worst scenario she would end up dead.

Which actually meant she would be with Grandpa Ned.
Along with Uncle Ted, Cousin Zed and Auntie Fred.
Little Witch felt glad mama had not followed family tread,
And had named her Little Witch instead of Med or Lead or Shed.

Kale

by Wayne Wysocki

I'm eating kale to slim my waist
Lord knows it's not because of taste
It took some while to appreciate
The leafy green I love to hate

The fibrous queen of super foods
Can satisfy nutrition prudes,
And comes in leafy shapes galore:
Curly, Tuscan, dinosaur

For variation I can gnaw
This crucifer sautéed or raw,
Just as is, or baked as chips,
A smoothie blend to please my lips

But having said all that, I'll add
Too much of anything is bad,
And I've been craving, as of late,
A change of greens to grace my plate

I now peruse the produce aisle
To find the foods that make me smile
It's time to choose my next big thing
Like watercress or collards green

I'll greet my new nutrition trend
And say goodbye to you, old friend
Kale, we've had a lovely run,
But now my time with you is done.
