Monocrostic (Birthday of Hydelisa C. Wales)
Sealed by love’s fidelity to be forever sweethearts
Upheld as one flesh midst caring bond to the utmost
Never outgrowing honeymoon’s sweetness-nurture
Flourishing while blooming in passionate “I do” fulfilment---
Liberated hearts vanquish selfishness languishing
Optimizing warm togetherness around truth-mercy orb
Well-watered against ennui weariness and apathy-wilting
Ecstatically delighting each other sweetly with earnestness
Rejoicing* now in God's bliss, Dad and Mom’s radiance
Shines, while to me and siblings, their romance serenely stays.
*Philippians 1:26 That your rejoicing may be more abundant in Jesus Christ for me by my coming to you again.

R-ighteous stranger in the world
O-n the eighteenth of January
S-tays strong in her faith,
A-waiting the blissful glory.
L-et the stranger in the world
I-ntensify her hope and love;
N-ever does she disobey the Lord,
D-oing the will of God
A-bove.
T-he heaven's street is gold-paved,
A-s the great gates are pearled,
N-o more tears in the eyes
O-f the stranger in the world.

J-ust another new year,
E-arly Monday January first;
S-unday thirty-first of December
S-tays away from fireworks burst.
I-t's just another new year,
C-omplete the race God has set;
A-im to reach your dream, driving away life's fret.
V-iew of another new year
A-llows you to behold
L-ovely journey that lies ahead
E-ndorsing a path paved with gold.
N-ew year has just begun,
Z-ealously learn to trust;
U-ntil the end of time,
E-veryone will turn to dust.
L-ove, faith, and hope have made you turn not a deaf ear;
A-llowing you to go on, just another new year.
M-onday's prestigious beauty contest
I-s held thirtieth of January;
S-ixty-fifth Miss Universe pageant
S-tays on track toward victory.
U-nderneath the pink sky,
N-ice day of coronation has come;
I-t's a wonderful competition,
V-ile weather turns calm.
E-ighty-six ladies vie for the crown,
R-eady for the questions-and-answers;
S-wimsuit and long gown give amusement,
E-ach wants to be Miss Universe.
