In Crists Rain
it has brought
barbarism and butchery
politics and power
guns and tanks
the bomb! how many types
well they ware the face of the lord
they take your freedoms
and so it is not said
i have faith in me...

Premium Member With Social Media As Our Church
Watching the protests grow larger and stronger
burying hope in the stench of a dumpster

   Hearing speakers extol baby-burners
they themselves as unhinged as murderers

What has America come to when human butchery is praised
with social media as their church, on such values our youth is now raised...

The Paratrooper Comes Home
This blots the names of battlefields
away. That bloody butchery. There
he is, standing on top
of the old chicken coop. My boy
standing four years old
like he’s on the top of that world
we tried to fix. All of us.
The ones who didn’t come back
to kids.

My boy and I, we’re not afraid.
I’ll hold my arms out
to him, standing on that chicken
coop. I’ll tell him,
“Jump.”...

There is no Crueler Word than War
fork has many interpretations

connotations

as do
eviscerate
slaughter
butchery
all can mean less than they
appear to be

context is important

but War

War is the foulest of foul words
a word that only the dead hear correctly

the living
choose from a lexicon of oaths
they may banter
or throw stones

but War

War kills every word
in the dictionary

even to the last
blood-soaked letter

Premium Member Hey Old Man, Slow Down
HEY OLD MAN, SLOW DOWN!

There’s no hurry
The struggle parade has passed
Vain youth is over
I have decided at last

Those triumphal huzzahs
From favored industry’s brass,
The shatter and stomp,
Are mere crude noises at last

Let the world rock on
Verbal butchery ignore
The cacophony!
I’ll listen to such no more

There’s no hurry
Save heart, veins, ears from the blast,
Save my sanity
I have decided at last...

My Journey
Stormy snowy night
Howling the black fox
Whelps, on the central door, whining
Dead like all around of me
Wordlessly massive butchery

As if hearing I’m- “Wolves there are
angry glitzy eyed, hungry to fight
lets sleep a while silently!”

But, I don't like to sleep
Don’t like to stay behind and
wait far from wolves roaring,
Fear and timidity I shun all friendly
My journey to surmount all by love sharing

I Eat
I am in the entrails of rot,
A mock of the human mind,
A plea and a drain

I eat and I eat and I eat
The faith of the human heart
I rest in your dread

I am the starvation of reality
I will crawl you to the end
To the break, the butchery

I am the sole stabber
The giver of gore
You are open to me

And I close you forever

[I decided to draw a picture for this poem and that which you see above is what came out of my brain. You're welcome.... XD]...

During War
During war folks don’t breathe with ease,
Kids don’t keep frolicking; they cease,
Haters of blood shed soldiers seize;
There’s caging in a once free breeze.

During war most men jittery,
Eyes on the doors of Eatery,
In hands spoons in mind butchery
Some granted favours Trickery
Easily seen Debauchery
Yet some actors for Bravery…

During war Hard Principles bend,
Murder and Rape some kind of trend
No new Robes; The old one you mend
One for oneself prefers to fend....
