I can offer you help, support, tips and advice
Confide in me, I will guide you toward the light
Where you find yourself right now, that's where I used to be
I fought my way out of the abyss and entered my recovery
Let me be your teacher, allow me to educate
I will be the preacher, I'll improve your mental state
Let me help you up my friend, I offer you my hand
We will fight for the right to live our life, this is how it should be planned
If you feel like you are struggling, don't hesitate to get in touch
It's my duty to support you, I can help, I will not judge
Life can become hard, we can face adversity
My motivation is to help you and I'll do so assertively
When darkness arrives we simply cannot hide
I'm here to encourage you to find the strength from deep inside
Fellow warriors please message me if you're having a bad day
My job is to reassure you that everything will be ok
Don't suffer on your own, we can work on a plan together
I will never stop supporting you no matter what the weather
Every single day we lose a sister or a brother
Let's rally each one of our troops and fight for one another
We are one big family, we are all in the same war
When someone comes to me for help, I don't see it as a chore
I want my words to comfort you and keep you alive

Perceive me as a leader, someone who can help
Join me by my side and we will conquer mental health
