At seventeen, with hazel eyes,
a dancer's legs, petite in size.
With grace and poise, enchants the boys;
her younger sister, much annoys.
So fair of skin and prone to burn,
a lesson she will one day learn.
A quiet presence, shy, demure,
at some times fragile, not inured
to thorns encountered in her life,
yet firmly grounded midst day's strife.
