Garlic by the spoonful
each and everyday.
Garlic by the spoonful
by you the others won't play.
Garlic by the spoonful
is heart healthy indeed.
Garlic by the spoonful
is exactly what I need.
I wish I could eat black garlic
Its so paradoxical
something axiomatic
eating sweetly caramelised
like an ironic joke
or a thwarted after dinner speech
3 Tablespoons of crown royal
1/2 t of nutmeg
5 Tablespoons of parmesan (grated)
2 Tablespoon of Tarragon
2 T of chive
1 teaspoon of cayenne
salt to taste ( about 1 teaspoon)
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
2 T of parsley
4 Tablespoons of chopped bacon cooked
2 T of ground cooked chicken livers
2 Tablespoons of crushed garlic
2 T of troffel oil
Heavy Cream
3 egg whites
4 Pounds of ground chicken
puree chicken to smooth paste
add cream until smooth
add cheese,garlic,chives,parsley,
and tarragon and bacon
add oil and wine
mix smooth with and add egg whites
mix until pale and smooth
using a whisk fluff up 4 egg whites
into peaks.
incorporate egg whites into chicken mixture and set aside
in a greased muffin pan line each port with puff pastry
add caramelized onions
caramelized mushrooms
and grated parmesan cheese
and prosciutto
top with chicken mixture
bake for 30 minutes or until done
serve with a hollandaise and garnish.
Serve with roasted garlic aparsgus.
the jack-o-lanterns were infuriated.
The ghosts and goblin mad.
garlic heads had crashed the party.
Halloween this year was sad.
How dare they show up again
With sloppy ink on their weird faces.
They cannot just come in here right?
Asked a vampire named Aces.
They are already in, the jacks said,
Feeling angry and upset.
The garlic heads are smelly.
They will stink this place up yet!
The werewolfs tried to get them to leave
By biting off their heads.
Now the smell was worse than ever.
We are leaving said all of the un-deads.
Plantin' the Garlic and the Potatoes
I can only Hope in the Heirloom Tomatoes
The Daisies push up well past the Day
With Evan Porter sleepin' outside in the Fray
Charlie ' s in a row out at the plant
And Grandma Moses is lookin' for Dry Land
The Ocean washes up the Effervescent Shore
And taxes those who bore
And set out upon the Whistlin Waves
To find her that went beyond the pale
God's holy Ghost in Pale moon shroud
With gatherin' Girls lost and Found
Oh, my precious press, you are my
praise-worthy kitchen helper.
You take a clove of fresh garlic, bland,
and soon it becomes a brilliant burst in
minced, crushed, or creamy paste.
My gentle press, you transform
the wild garlic and tame it in a most
determined and delightful way.
You impart fine perfumery in the air.
You make a delicious marinade possible.
Your actions provide a tantalizing tongue treat
as a succulent addition to marinating
lean red or white meat, or veggies.
Oh, were it not for you, dear press,
my life would be a thankless kitchen
chore, well-intended, but poorly executed.
I applaud your bold audacity!
When my walls I face
Or round my room pace,
My gaze windows meet
And my two eyes greet …
The same as all doors
But stigma do bear;
Better on all fours
In my finest wear
Through all types of doors
And face foes’ teeth and claws
Than through a window
Asking Barking Bingo!
On the spot ‘Burglar’
After valuable,
Save Room’s Regular
And it thinkable:
One’s door key mislaid;
Dodging The Not-Paid …
Windows then Garlic
Doors, Alcoholic;
Not of the same smell,
One your doom could spell.
Wishing some times
turns sunshine to rain
Tender falls the rain
as i speak your name
don't waste my time
tryna break my heart
you knew the outcome
from the very start
Love me Tender
Never wanna let me go
sappy love songs
Sh*t thought I let you knoiw
Aint wanting hurt
don't like bruised feelings
got look into who
and what I'm dealing with
Tender falls the rain
as i speak your name
tell you this means to me
Love and tender kiss
you sopossa be my Missus
Tell me what this is
since this involvest me
standing behind the curtain
rehersting your favorite script.
Tender falls the rain
siggin on suttlease
swaggin like you the mistress
betta get wiff me
love don't need much
collabration
Gal just do your thang
I need yo blessed assurance
Ask you let me have my way
Tender falls the rain
Baby love me Tender
Speak it when you speak
my name
Baby what's for dinner
we've had our hard times
you and i
Throught the good and bad time
some how
we got by
Now that your here with me
Baby let's stay together
say you love so
that you'll leave me never
tender Falls the rain
as I speak your name
Steaming spaghetti and garlic bread.
On a warmed red-checkered plate.
With aromatic, hot, garlic bread.
For my epicurean tastes is just fine and dandy!
Would be nice though, if served by a handsome,
Italian waiter.
~~~~I call that, some ravishing eye candy~~~~
Succulent juicy lamb chops
makes the mouth water.
The garlic and herbs enhance
the taste---delicious!
Served with veggies and...
potatoes,
Yum!
A glance from the field displays a line of green,
Waving back and forth, for as far as can be seen,
A chosen path the gentle scrub has allowed through,
Human interaction has created steps too,
In the distance.
Meadow's dancing to the swift gentle breeze,
Flower Buds loving every minute, after the freeze,
The river winding its way, repeating the circle,
As trees gaze down.
Ancient buildings wrecked with still an aura of life,
The river rerouted to make way for modern strife.
Gnarled trees still lay strong where they fell,
Old sprouting buds must have a story to tell!
While wild garlic smells all around,
Like a historical museum on this ancient ground.
My name is Ethel Mary
And I have to tell you this
I hate it when Aunt Geri
gives a purple garlic kiss!
I hate it when my bubblegum
EXPLODES all over my face!
I hate it when I’m last
in the stupid relay race!
I hate it when I laugh
and milk goes out my nose!
I hate it when my new shoes
put a blister on my toes!
I hate it when my Dad
has to work on Saturday!
I hate it when it rains
and I can’t go out and play!
But I think what I hate most,
and I know I told you this,
but I hate it when Aunt Geri
gives that purple garlic kiss!
It was 4:00am when I woke up
To go fishing for some trout
I packed my gear and tied some fly's
before I headed out
When I got down to the river
About a quarter after six
All by myself, a perfect time
To use my fishing tricks
I reached inside my vest
And grabbed a little weight
And I stuck it on my fishing line
Twelve inches from my bait
Then I took a piece of orange thread
And I tied it to my hook
Then I scented it with my antidote
Of garlic flavored gook
I caught a lot of fish today
I must have caught about fifty
So now you know my secret bait
Use garlic gook, it's nifty!
