Spoken said
Verbalized declared enunciated
Given aired voiced
Brought out whispered
Proclaimed commented
Blurted breathed broadcasted
SPOKEN
Asserted affirmed promulgated
Spoken truths and untruths
Advertised where am I to be casted
Publicized overwhelmed subdued demoralized
BROKEN
Talked discussed uttered thrown up despaired
Vented broadcast gasped phrased up and out
Broken
Snarled shot ripped (out)
Silently diverted screams of dispersions’
Vocalized shouted articulated denounced
SPOKEN
Shared passed announced Be it so,
Spoken is the broken speech at naught
Alleged ventilated averred formulated
Drawled avowed
Doubted Be it so, spoken is the broken
BROKEN
Vocalized shouted articulated denounced
Shared passed announced
Be it so, spoken is the broken speech at naught
Broken is Spoken
Quiet marks the spot

Why do we find it necessary to cast dispersions?
What is it about others that we’re so afraid of?
Could it be our own dark secrets that we don’t mention
That cause us to hide our feelings of love?
None of us are capable of walking down the street
Without making some sort of random judgments.
We all have a tendency towards whomever we meet
To fit them into society-imposed compartments.
Not all foreigners are sweaty and smell.
Not all Blacks have been or belong in jail.
Not all Whites are always right.
Not everyone preaching has seen the light.
Not all immigrants illegally cross the border.
Not all brown-skin seek out white men’s daughters.
Not everyone in the military love Uncle Sam.
Not every priest’s been touching a child.
You’re not always invited because a woman shares her smile.
Not everyone in the Bronx is broke,
Nor Manhattan tenants whole-toting the note.
Death looked me right in the eye.
It said, don't worry, it's not time to die.
But if your wondering when it'll be.
The time will come, I garantee.
Intertwining birds of prey.
Would cast dispersions feathered grey.
Which way to go, evil or good.
Not knowing if the other should.
Reflective depths beneath the shore.
Shows us what heaven has in store.
To see beyond the natural realm.
Is to know that God is at the helm.
Inside out on the avenue.
A peek inside an outer view.
The day began with constant silence.
In a neighborhood without a fence.
for Debbie Guzzi's What do you make of this contest.
Sweet memories swerve
As winds of destiny massage into moments, times
Lullaby scents linger following the streaking trails set by memorial reunions
Unfurling moments of childhood in tomorrow
Clouds wither tears in seasonal dew
Following the waters along the templates of hollow winds and silver slides
Whistling twirls glide along passionate wings of times pleasantries
Rearranged in patterned confluence
Curling over suspensions of infinite intuitions
Gaining and gathering momentum in infinite dispersions
While designing congruence in affluence
Propelling shores off course
Resonance reverberations vibrate, rewind, collide, regenerate and stimulate
The release of translucent intellectual norms
That slowly settle on subtle charges surging in order
Gradually residing on the serendipitous labor of love
That lingers selflessly caressing the eternal seat of every source unknown…
The sounds of the surf
From their fluid dynamics
Wind generated waves
Worldwide panoramic
Capillary waves
Chorused and light
Charming all shores
Touching delight
Swells of the seas
In cacophony of crash
Waves in watery meet
Like a guitar solo by Slash
Every so often
The rogue wave hits home
Tsunami, the wall
In kettle drum drone
The breaking wave
As two waters meet
The sound of their notes in collision
Like Neil Peart's drum beat
Shallow water waves
Boussinesq equations
Frequency dispersions
Like Rock's best creations
As the waves hit our shores
Wave shoaling, refraction
The applause as they meet
The Rolling Stone's satisfaction
The sound of the surf's rock
It's just like music to me
They achieve various notes
Like the Kink's " Set me Free "
I enjoyed Sara Kendrick's poem " Sounds of the Surf "
So i took up her challenge. My poem has Rock and Scientific tones.
