But Weren'T You Told

“You what!” I cried, with vitriolic ire.
“You didn’t even take the time to ask
“Me what I thought?” My eyes burned hot with fire

As point by point I took my boss to task.
“So now,” I said, “you’re a Director on the Board
“And I have been demoted, left to bask

“Not in my own success but yours! You scored
“A win, so, ‘Good on you!” But what of me?
“And who was it that threw me overboard?

“For seven years I’ve served the company
“And thought that I was next in line to move
“Into a corner office as V.P.

“But now, instead, you’ve asked me to approve
“My transfer to a branch in Mexico?
“A country that I can’t say that I love.

“I can’t afford to lose my job, and so
“I guess that soon I’ll be a resident
“Of someplace where I do not want to go.”

“But weren’t you told?” (My boss seemed hesitant)
“That you have been promoted to assume
The role of the Branch Office President?

I stood there stunned, as light dispelled the gloom,
And blushed at the applause that filled the room.

Innocents tremble in terrible terror
witnessing mankind’s deluge of errors.
Violence grows as a sure hate spreader,
intent on humanities' ultimate sever.

A barrage of plastic politicians with greedy minds
focus on leaving justice long lost and behind.
Modern media’s constant torrent of drama
drags good people down inside insipid trauma.

Landlords, bankers, grocers and their names
Disappeared behind campaigns for corporate gain.
Focused on leaving all people monetarily lame,
Corporations score God second to financial gain.

The world has grown unrecognizable.
Universal fairness may never know arrival.
Stupidity and apathy diseases worldwide spiral
as brotherhood, religion and ethics lose disciples.

Corporations of Chemistry

-CORPORATE CHEMISTRY-
They are with us here today
These children of Dr Mengelè
Who hides away the answer?
Who would cover up the cause?
When we seek the cure for cancer
They forbade it in the laws
Long have they kept it hidden thus
The cause of it comes from microwave
The cure in the oil of Cannabis
Who decrees the truth as libel
But we found it in the Bible
They manufacture harmless vitamins
Before it -Zyklon-B
Youre not supposed to smoke the ****
You might get THC

Premium Member Game of the Corporations

Never in the world was there a greater calamity
than those infamous years when they had fought World War Three.
There were cities throughout the world obliterated.
Millions of people’s lives were annihilated.
Only small pockets of civilization remained.
The world as we knew it could no longer be sustained.
Old nations ceased to exist in the new century.
Corporations now prevailed in this society.

Even after the corporations ruled everywhere,
the people would not see the end of global warfare.
Corporate wars took their toll on the population.
These struggles exacerbated the devastation.
The numbers of peoples were grossly decimated.
Somehow, hostilities had to be sublimated.

The corporations would invent an ingenious thing,
a brutal team sport that is played on a banked track ring.
Heavily armored men on cycles and roller skates
compete against each other to determine their fates.
The teams both attempt to retrieve a shot put-sized ball
of steel, and throw it into a goal to win it all.
The action is so intense; the crowds are so enthralled.
This is a deadly game. Rollerball is what it’s called.

Based on the 1975 film "Rollerball"
