Night draws out like a long, sharp blade.
Keen edged, it carves its image upon a 
black-ink sky. As iron sharpens iron, the 
knife hurls glowing planets and stars 
upon the deep.

A soft-faced moon of soapstone,
is the sharpening tool upon which the
