The Tragedy of 9 11

On a beautiful day, skies clear and blue, stood two tall towers, twins so true. But up above something was awry, a boeing 767 had taken to the sky. But in this big plane all was not fine, because a group of people had crossed a line. These people were all terrorists, and horrible ones at that! They were called Al Qaeda and their goal was a splat! They wanted to send a message and kill important people, we all know it's bad, just downright evil. Hijacking the plane, crashing was their game. The damn whole thing was a downright shame. At 8:45 they hit the first tower, and the second plane hit right on the hour. Passengers aboard were all killed, so much innocent blood was spilled. First responders came to the scene. Smoke and bodies and not much else to be seen. Thousands injured, thousands dead. That day in history is now stained red. Those 3000 went up to heaven, on the day we know as 9/11.

    ‘9/11’ did not change me
      for I’m a veteran Israeli

From the horrors of Munich ‘72
to the ceaseless terror of the intifadas

     From the nightly Hezbollah missiles
to munitions that shriek and whistle

From the river to the sea
       ~ 9/11’s everyday reality

Never Forget 9 11

Tomorrow is 9/11 the worst day in American history

We need to take a moment and pray

Thousands died in those beautiful towers

Many jumped to their deaths

Some we still can’t find 23 years later

The attack on the Pentagon was a vicious act

Those Heros on Flight 92 gave there lives to save fellow Americans

Terrorists remain in our world and we can never forget

.
The Second Plane Has Hit
It’s a confirming statement
Nobody saw the first plane
There is a puncture in wall
A visible cut out of a plane
But where is that plane ?
Did it penetrate Thru
The tower Cutting
Steel And Concrete
Drilling a hole like a punch
Plausible. Still is on the TV
Screaming News channels
A Plane Has Hit The WTC
But nobody saw that plane
Only A punctured cut out -
On a steel n concrete tower
Clean cut out clear outlines
Tower is smoldering within
There is no soot on exterior
On screen enters into frame
A plane which is called 2nd
It hits the wall and explodes
Exploded parts then vanish;
Or do they melt in explosion
In either case there is doubt
2nd plane does not cut thru
As the unseen first one did !
1st punctures 2nd explodes
There is no trace of second
There is no trace of first too
Where are those people who
Were supposed to be in these planes

9-11

It's not that serious, serious.
Seriously, it's not that serious.
Occasionally it's mysterious.
But really, how am I supposed to feel when I never really did heal?

Premium Member Tribute To Todd Beamer 9-11

Dear Todd,

Thank you for saving so many lives in
Washington , DC.
A true American, you!
It’s heroes exactly like you.
Who make me so proud of this land,
As I stand under the red, white and blue!

“Let’s Roll,” you told your team!
As your stormed the cockpit, full of our
enemies, a nightmare, not a dream.
The terrorists had to fight your scheme.
Those devils crashed it into Shanksville.
And thus, saved DC, it stands there still!

We do not understand your strength.
We fear being patriotic at any length.
We are not thankful for your deed.
The country forgot freedom is but a seed.
I pray this country is once again, whole.
Where we, like you, do the right thing,
And with your braveness and courage, say..
“ Let’s Roll!”

With thanks, from my red, white and blue heart!

Premium Member At the Name of Jesus Every Knee Shall Bow - Philippians 2: 9-11

God as our heavenly father reigns
for He is God alone like no other
His son, God has exalted high above
for Jesus is God, to look no further

God's only begotten son Jesus Christ
has received from His father a name
one that is above every other name
to be high overall fulfills God's name

At this great and awesome name of Jesus
every knee in heaven, earth, and beyond
shall bow before Him who's God's son
knowing His greatness, they will respond

Then every tongue in heaven and earth
will without any doubt surely confess
that Jesus Christ himself is Lord
so God be glorified in holiness

This is promised in the future
that every eye will see the King
dressed in purity full of glory
all the saints forever will sing

(" Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.")

You’re just watching T.V.
Then a horror you see
It’s beyond comprehension
“That can’t be … it just can’t be

Eyes should see things lovely
Not what they say that day
If we turned off the programs
Would the images … go away?

Some will never forget
The smells, the scene, that sound
Agonizing reality
Not all loved ones … would be found.

Not found, but they’re not lost
In God’s memory, they’re kept
For He has felt what you feel
And seen all the tears … you’ve wept

God understands your doubts
Your anger and your fears
Remember in the future
“He will wipe away … all tears”

Premium Member Memory of 9-11-2001

September morning 2001, the 11th, I recall
The Twin Towers in NYC were standing tall
And all seemed right with the world
Until evil at America was suddenly hurled
Planes smashed into World Trade Center
Heroic responders bravely tried to enter
Another plane ripped into the Pentagon
While Flight 93 over Shanksville was gone
America irrevocably changed that day
As international terrorists had their way
I remember driving home through tears
That everything I held sacred in trust
Was being snatched up in a cloud of dust
Now, as I reflect some twenty years after
I still angrily hear al Qaeda's laughter
And I find it almost impossible to forgive
For they have altered the way we live

9 11 2021 Taliban Independence Day

On the date,
the Taliban create,
their government which will run the state,
will be the date,
the West will hate,
an Independence Day they'll celebrate,

the date will be,
in history,
9/11 their victory,
the birth of the Taliban country

who rose again,
to rule the same,
equality and counter claim,
the rule of cruel that they maintain,
justice found through tortuous pain,

and it will be,
their history,
9/11 their victory,
The Day The Taliban Ruled The Country

The Bonds of September

Every year on one day in September,
we bear a duty to recall.

We were afraid merely to watch that day,
let alone to live through the despair.
From around the corner and worlds away,
we heard that fear and love go on the air.

They fought evil with what could be found,
in their hands and their collective soul.
They fought terror with comfort in sound,
calls to home and voices to console.

Tears fell on either side of many phones,
last words and hopes were sent both ways.
Their stories are told in proud and choked tones,
each one adding to how much the day weighs.

The pain we feel in calling it to mind,
as a sliver to those who were bereaved.
They have no choice in leaving it behind,
so nor should we of this charge be relieved.

Ever on we must strive to remember,
the day the two towers did fall.
