The Moment

When you walked into the room, we were so in tune, I felt our breaths shaking, hearts palpating, hesitant smiles, twinkling eyes. I felt the silence engulfing us; charged, erratic, uncertain, still found myself moving towards you, like a moth to light, waves to shore, bird to sky, like a destination of long lost traveller.
