He is the Lily of the Valley and the Rose of Sharon is another of His sweet and holy names, the Branch, the Seed of David and my Buckler and Shield and many more to show His goodness I will so gladly proclaim. But, now look with the Spirit’s eye at the Lily and tell me brethren what do you see? For I see a strong yet tender and fragrant picture of beauty that I would gladly plead oh please, will you give that One to me? And, the Lily comes in various varieties colors, and shapes as well, and when you get to know our precious Jesus He has more facets than our eye can see or tongue could tell. One may see the Lily so pure and white and gladly choose that One for themselves, another will pick a crimson red reminding them of His blood that from Calvary’s cross fell. Yet our God has left nothing to chance and it is up to you how much of His beauty our eye gate will allow to come in, just know, following Jesus is a daily surrender and the decision is ours to live a life as His child who does not practice a life of sin.
