Overwhelmed By the Man In the Moon
Here is where dreams entwine, Beneath the stars' celestial bloom, There I stand, beneath the sign, Overwhelmed by the man in the moon. His countenance serene and bright, Casting a gentle, silvery hue, Beckoning me into the night, To secrets hidden, known by few. Oh, man in the moon, mystic and wise, With eyes that hold a million tales, You paint the canvas of midnight skies, Where wonder and enchantment prevails. I gaze upon your tranquil face, Transfixed by your ethereal gaze, Your presence fills this sacred space, A guide through life's bewildering maze. Your light reflects upon my soul, Unveiling truths and hidden fears, A beacon when life takes its toll, Dispelling darkness, calming tears. But as I stand here, humbled and small, Under the watch of your radiant grace, I ponder the mysteries that befall, In this vast cosmic dwelling place. The weight of the universe, upon my chest, Questions of existence, like tidal waves crash, Yet the man in the moon offers solace, the best, Whispering softly, there's no need to thrash. For in his tranquil and timeless eyes, Lies the wisdom of countless eons, He reminds me to embrace the skies, And find solace in life's sweetest songs. So, overwhelmed by the man in the moon, I surrender to the cosmic embrace, Finding solace in the heavens' commune, And embracing the beauty of time and space.
