1 Where are we The path appears as we walk upon it, crystallising right before our soul’s eye, enabled for those with resolve and grit, who to attain God, are ready to die. If the God-search task seems like a big task, then perhaps oh hermit, heart’s not ready, preferring in pastures of lust to bask, attention both fickle and unsteady. Only when soul attains maturity, does it reject the false world external and goes in attaining heart’s purity, vibrant in the real world internal. Strange is it not, we know not who we are ~ From God’s love and light, we’ve drifted afar 2 What do we seek From God’s love and light, we’ve drifted afar, a fact which is clear even to ego but gripped by fear, our soul’s blackened like tar, bound to dark desires, we cannot let go. With no shame we admit, we’re incomplete, as we look at both the sun and the moon in awe even as life force does deplete, yet for objects of desire, we still swoon. We wish to transcend confines of space-time, living out our life in eternal bliss, as Jacob’s ladder to heaven we climb, resplendent in light where nothing’s amiss. Conditioned to accept limitation ~ We fail to entwine with God’s creation 3 First step: Discard conditioned belief We fail to entwine with God’s creation, because we’re mistaken we’re body-mind, leading to suffering and frustration, as we flounder about, as do the blind. Organic form is subject to decay and what we take as valid is untrue, so instead of head, let heart have a say, in how we live, that God’s blessings accrue. Feeling, not thinking, focus unblinking, we relinquish vicarious knowing, in stillness, head and heart with love linking, detached from outcomes, we keep on flowing. In staid silence, we view vastness of space ~ The void looks at us, seeking our embrace 4 Second step: Surrender The void looks at us, seeking our embrace, a surreal romance, to mind unsound, empty of concepts, of fear there’s no trace, as we thus set foot upon holy ground. Now not a doer but a receptor, we remain still, for as long as it takes for rapture to pierce each body vector, rose petals of bliss falling like snowflakes. There’s no resistance; we have vaporised, leaving all outcomes to the will of God and in timeless time, He is realised, provided we choose to give love our nod. Nothing need be done, save coming undone ~ We are God’s child, shining like yonder sun 5 Energisation We are God’s child, shining like yonder sun, truth revealed to us as glimmers of light, engulfed with bliss that learning becomes fun, as breath by breath heightens our heart’s delight. Nodes within stir and boundaries too blur, as we begin to meld with the vast void, requiring but of us that we concur, with God’s touch, revealing soul unalloyed. The central vein of form is set aflame, transforming head to toe, mind-body urn, so give it any name, we’re not the same, as in flame of bliss, we willingly burn. Cleansed by spirit, erst sins are washed away ~ We dwell in the void; love is our mainstay 6 Recognition We dwell in the void; love is our mainstay, looking neither to future, nor the past, treating our sojourn to earth as mere play, seeking that which will eternally last. Ego thins out and finally drops dead but we know that that that dies never was, so doing nothing, as we’re by God led, we behold light of Self, the causeless cause. Made in God’s image, light is our essence, renewing the pulse of God in itself, so thus recognising our quintessence, no narrow desires remain on our shelf. We need no translator; we’re the answer ~ We frolic just like a cosmic dancer 7 Assimilation We frolic just like a cosmic dancer, radiating boons of grace, day and night, thus becoming a divine romancer, transmuting here and now, as living light. As Self both immanent and transcendent, we playfully, seamlessly bilocate, as is wont of God’s direct descendant, employing free will to pen our own fate. We become what we had set out to seek and this dear souls, is well within our reach, if we be still, stopping energy leak; simple and straightforward are words we teach. God grace assures us, we’ll reach the summit ~ The path appears as we walk upon it
