What Makes You Happy

Their are alot of things going on in our world right now that is creating the opposite effect The cost of living , political unrest ,crazy weather are some of the main suspects Happiness for me is spending time with family and friends Listening to my favourite songs always a positive trend The best way to prevail in this world is to look after yourself , and try to stay in shape A vacation in winter to a tropical place is a welcome escape Everybody has something that tends to make them very happy Think of what you did to turn your thoughts around when you were feeling crappy Even if it proves to be overcast and windy outside , pull yourself out of your chair and go for a walk , what do you say Endorphins kick in sending waves of happiness your way The warmth of the sun tends to bring a smile to most peoples faces Get out and enjoy nature and visit some interesting places
