Upon the Morn' - Extended Cut

Found body beside the bed. Checked for pulse; I think she's dead. Spoke last night, was fine at dusk. That has changed, now empty husk. Dread thoughts race, feelings enmesh. Vacant eyes, grim glacial flesh. Auburn hair lost its lustre. Regain poise, try to muster. Silvern tears mark me forlorn. World shattered upon the morn'. Pale vessel; we are just things. oh good. I just decided to see your extended version here at the top and it's one I never saw yet! I think it's great you did an extended version. I especially love that soaring last stanza.

Thanks, Andrea - have you read the original (i.e. non-extended) version? It's interesting because it tells the same story, but has a slightly different tone. Regards, John.
