Thoughts
The Great White Sea, I walk upon,
exists in my mind of darkness.
It’s there one moment, then it’s gone,
this unknown form of freshness.
The dismal night, the sunless day,
explains unnatural movements.
The creatures hidden, they do stay,
until the lite from God, is sent.
The waters are high, the sky is deep,
and the stars don’t shine anymore.
In the distance, you hear her weep,
so rise slowly and close your door.
Try as you might, in comes the light,
and along comes the sound of fear.
So away you go from this plight,
yet taking along, one sad tear.
The People are strange, in this land,
and the Wind blows strong against me.
After a while, there’s Seagreene Sand,
and I’m walking the Great White Sea.
