Mirrors
Our mirrors can show us many things
It can tell us what the future brings
Looking forward we can see the past
Questioning little, but learning fast
It can tell us what we might become
It's reflection, written in stone for some
The people that we're likely to be
Can solely depend on what we see
We believe the things our mirrors show
It's what we're taught, it's all we know
Till one day when the mirror breaks
We learn the truth, it makes mistakes
Our mirrors were never made of glass
It's made of morals our parents pass
The reflection changes with every peer
A blurry image we can see and hear
You're made in the image of the Great I Am
Make sure you're clean with the Blood of the Lamb
Give them a mirror that some never had
Be a good Christian Mom and Dad
