intellectual folly

Colors and notes of the nature Are ever lively and sweet The rivers, oceans, mountains, spring Dawn, dusk, sunshine and sky Are never dull or dreary They never die, nor are they born Remain fresh, beyond birth and death Spontaneity, continuity, endurance And unity in diversity is the truth Who made it, when and why? Are the man-made questions Reflecting intellectual boundaries Inherently moot in dimension And reach Illusion rules us Analysis, synthesis and probe Are our fads to tide over the limitations We flow in unchartered waters To fathom the unknown and fail The pursuits reflect blank curiosity Nothing more Searching the limits of time and space Chartering the eternally moot areas Oblivious of nature’s unending shores Is our craze Little birds are wiser They fly, sing and sleep Away from futility
