Haiku Chain
dew-damp spring morning
keen gray fox with kits hidden
betrayed by owl hoot
morning grace of sounds
blue birds chirping in earnest
great horned owl listens
steep sunny hillside
blue side-stripe lizard slithers
into shade of dreams
