~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Hope echoes in the caverns of the soul,
a sound that heals, that makes us whole,
even when life exacts a heavy toll.
When darkness descends, and fears unroll,
hope’s echo resounds, its bell does toll,
hope echoes in the caverns of the soul.
In the face of adversity, when we’re on a roll,
hope’s echo is there, playing its role,
even when life exacts a heavy toll.
When the heart is heavy, when sorrow takes its toll,
hope’s echo rings out, reminding of the goal,
hope echoes in the caverns of the soul.
So listen close, let it fill heart’s hole,
the echo of hope, that comforting toll,
even when life exacts a heavy toll.
Hold onto hope, let it console,
for in its echo, we find our role,
hope echoes in the caverns of the soul,
even when life exacts a heavy toll.
