I do not want to rush things.
My friends are rushing everything, they do not stop. They want to grow up as soon as possible, to be adults. I do not wish that. I want to enjoy the present, to live my teenage years happily. Because life are stages, aren't they? Each stage has their own things. So I'm enjoying those things as much as I can.
I hope you enjoy it, thanks for reading!
In a teen girl's mind, a story to share,
Written by her, for teens and parents to care.
Let's start strong, a question so clear,
What's a teen girl to you? What do you hear?
If you think of chaos, drama, and more,
Makeup, studies, gossip, and fashion galore.
I admit, I'm a mix of it all,
But inside my mind, there's a different call.
Movies sold dreams of love so grand,
Perfect faces, perfect bodies, and life so grand.
But where's all that in reality's stream?
Adolescence is different, it's not what it seemed.
At 15, soon turning 16, here I stand,
Nobody gets it, not even I understand.
In this confusing world, I find my way,
Through the comfort of words, where emotions play.
So here's me, a teen with a tale,
Navigating a world that can be quite frail.
In life's pattern, my story's unfolding,
In the magic of words, my emotions are molding.
