YESTERNIGHT, BENEATH THE MOONLIGHT

Like a bird freed from a cage I felt the liberating touch of age. As I danced beneath the moonlight My troubled mind took flight Shedding worries and endless plight. I was free, free as a cloud in the sky. As a lovelessness kid growing up Life and all the goodies it offer just suck. We man up as kids under the moonlight We bond until the stars fade and leave the moon shining. My friends and I danced through the night The moonlight battled our worries, making us whole. Then, our dance under the moonlight Was truly a delight.
