Trees stand naked on the ground,
A dying surrender of season’s love;
Basking in a chilling wind’s embrace,
As they're dressed slowly by snowflakes.
Days come along with winter’s tune,
My thoughts are with you, it’s you I long;
My darling, now you’re here by my side,
I’m warmth by your shaft sweet silver light.
As thick snow stretches all over our place,
I hear cheering songs of Yuletide from whirling air;
With your captivating smiles and whispers of love,
I’ll dance with you alone, for this winter I’m glad.
