Second Chances
The wheel goes full circle
Karma bites your tail
A tooth demands a tooth
An eye another eye
In the mix
Love and compassion sprout
A rebirth of sorts is witnessed
The dawn of a new day
Presents us an opportunity
To right the wrongs
Second chances do happen
Like fresh grass sprouting
At the onset of rains
After an especially dry season
