Rain In Summer
The summer sky darkens, clouds begin to form, The air grows heavy, a storm is born.A gentle patter turns into a steady rain, Refreshing the earth, washing away the pain. The sun's warm glow is hidden behind the gray, But the rain brings a coolness to a hot summer day.
The earth drinks deeply, the plants rejoice, As the raindrops fall, a soothing voice. Children dance in puddles, splashing with glee, The sound of rain is music, a melody. The smell of wet earth fills the air, A symphony of sights and sounds, beyond compare. In the midst of summer's heat, the rain brings relief, A respite from the sun's unyielding belief. Nature's own way of balancing the scale, As the summer rain continues to prevail.
