Nightmare
Lost in time
Hard to make a dime
Wondering where yesterday went.
Emotions spent
No longer know the world I am in
Is life a sin
Man on the podium saying I am the way
Listen to what I say
Vote for me for a better day
Nations at war
Can feel hatred soar
Everyone wanting a little more
Homeless reaching an all time high
Where is the sky
Choosing drugs over a home
When in Rome
Times are rough
We the people are tough
But some can never get enough
Pressure building
Hearts never yelding
Trying to see
The world as it really be
Truth
Lost youth
Beyond each lie
Who are you, who am I
Lost to the tick and the tock
Downwards winds the clock
I wish to fly
So hard to try
Seeing other nations
On the news stations
Fighting to be free
Can that really be
World so over populated
Simply stated
Go to war
Kill some more
Let the body count soar
Little kids machine guns in hand
Following the leader of a despicable band
A world falling apart
Tugs at your heart
Can tomorrow really be
With all I see
The big bang happens at the end
Transend
Not at the start
Hate blows the world apart
Slower beats the human heart
I see life start to stall
Can we pass this wall
Rage
Lifes new stage
Will our history have a final page
The burning sky
The warbirds fly
Death falls from above
Life's final shove
Mankind loses the way
Mechanical man begins his stay
Life goes on the same
But not for us
We made life such a fuss
Technology has reached so far
We are no longer the main star
