Muscular Rhyme
“Free weight verses”
said the Poet …
“that’s what I’m about
“Working out heavy
every word
lifting pain and doubt
“Supersets
with more then less
exhaustion waits to claim
“The final rep
the lasting burn
— forever to inflame”
