Handle With Care

Handle With Care Handle with care, treasure with ten tiny toes, Once protected in my warm, maternal womb. So fragile, so frail, so heaven only knows, where to find refuge in this wide world of doom. My Child, as you and my anxiety grows, By the grace of God, faith found a little room. Understanding my weaknesses, I adjust, And in the safe womb of God's arms, place my trust.

Are you expecting? Or is this in reference to the past? Either way it's a precious, prayerful poem

Oh Lord no lol! I'm 48 years old Tom! Ha! Thank you for such a sweet comment. Yes, it is a past fear I had with both of my babies and we did lose our son to SIDS but I still feel secure in the knowledge that God will hold him safe in his arms... whether here or there my baby boy is safe and loved.
