Chalice of Tears
Gracefully she moves in silent thought,
Each blemishing rivulet indulged, unmissed,
Without address she flows with ease and cause,
Beneath lips of unmatched symmetry kissed.
And flow you shall, of wronged embrace,
Each tear drop felled, in memory dressed,
That lips of which once kissed the earth,
And staked the heart within my chest.
The gilded cage, this songbirds flown,
Now wings of free to soar the earth,
To kiss the tears how swiftly grown,
My love of self beyond your worth.
"Til radiant as the Eos sky that shines,
Past dreams soaked on unsleeved heart,
I brim like a chalice flows, of love divine,
Tears of Love's joy, I will now only part .
