What to Submit?

"Poi" is a new poetic form I've created having a minimal concept format.

1. The title will have three letters to form a Word ergo, 'rpm' and 'mph' aren't words.

2. Write 3 stanzas, each with 3 lines, and each line with 3 words.

3. The (RhymeZone) rhyme scheme is: 1. aba 2. bcb 3. cac.

4. Your chosen title will be spelled out in the FIRST alphabet of the SECOND line in each stanza.

5. Words or phrases noticeably popular as being hyphenated are considered as a single word.

6. Please post your entry poem under Other.

Preparing Your Entry

Submit one copy of your poem online. Format your poem. Please make your entry easy to read — no illustrations or fancy fonts. 

English Language

Poems should be in English. Poems translated from other languages are not eligible, unless you wrote both the original poem and the translation.
