What Goes up

What goes up
One day
Must gently fall to the ground
Like a Seed
Creating a tree
And a tree birthing a leaf


As the seasons pass 
The swirling breeze
From high above
Gently calls each pastel leaf
To flutter down
Upon the ground
A peaceful nest
Beneath the boughs
Forever.            to rest
