Online Dating
A girl can dream of an eloquent catch because " cute" wears off real quick. So send me a video of you reading a book and not just some dirty pic. Online dating is scary at best. You've no idea what you'll find. The pictures they send may pique your interest but might hide an empty mind. Things have changed in the dating world. Some want a relationship, some just a fling. But is what you see what you'll get? Are they really the real thing ? Chatting for hours by computer or phone, you think you might know someone but in person, Boom !! , it was all fake. They're just looking for some quick fun. I miss the days when they had to try harder to make a good impression. To show manners, respect, carry on a conversation. The memories bring on a depression. Maybe I'm too old for this dating thing. It's too complicated for me, I think. So I'll talk to the cat, head to the kitchen and just pour myself a drink. 25/08/2020
