"Resolving Issues" Should a problem arise between you and another one, Handle it maturely with them before you jump the gun. Take the subject up with the other one affected, Not with other people while the right one is rejected. Do not with others uninvolved, issues discuss, For this is seeking sympathy for stirring up a fuss, To make a little, mole hill into a huge mountain size Is counter productive, so childish and unwise. A person of integrity, respectable, and humble Will face adversity head on, not cowardly crumble. A person of integrity in themselves is secure, Knows better than to run away, to act immature. A person turning to others except the one they should to, Is not a person to be trusted from any point of view. Be wary of such a person, with you they'll do the same. You'll be in another discussion but only with your name. When we shy away to avoid confrontation, But then turn to others to seek validation, We in fact then imply there's guilt we are suppressing, For otherwise we'd face that which needs addressing. But.. if you attempt sincerely to an issue get resolved, First with the one its with, who also is involved, And should they willfully decline, flatly refuse, You are in your right then to another pathway choose. Everyone has the right to from themselves purge Pain and frustration and its swelling urge. But there is a right way and also, there's a wrong. Which we choose shows we're either weak or strong. So many problems that grow large would more easily be resolved, If people would address issues only with those who are involved. People seem to mostly choose the path of least resistance, Compounding the symptoms, with the cause left in existence. So, any gripes one has with me, please with me discuss, Instead of sucking others in, about what's between just us And do so while and when the issue's in its youth Before assumptions can be made to wrinkle up the Truth. There's no need for apprehension if you're honest and direct. Discussion won't become an argument when there is respect. With every issue there are three sides that will come into play. There's one side and the other, and then Truth will have its say. Listening is required with egos' arrogance subdued So that by and from both sides the issue is reviewed Fairly and squarely and without character assault, Allowing both sides to learn where lies each other's fault. If with me you have a problem and cannot with me deal And for whatever reason you choose to with others squeal, Then call yourself the label you are then of deserving For you're in the Coward's Club, membership reserving. Ah, but do remember, when you deal with me, I deal with facts and Truth and open honesty. So, if you pull a fast one to on me place all the blame? I won't waste my time with my indignity as your aim.
