such reactions

may this day find you well
thank you

"such reactions"

who can excite my soul and revive my heart
bringing light and life
you

what can send me beyond comprehension
more than any physical touch
silent whispers and glances

when did desire appear
without seeing or hearing
it was a moment of chance

where did this love affair begin
within eyes that were open wide
under rainbows of sun and moon

why does passion grow
emotively intensely endlessly
because love is real

how can I put us into words
a light that agelessly shines
such reactions lift us high

who better than us master romance
when feelings are greater than
how or why matter not

Dear sweet Lisa, loved reading this romantic poem. You have beautifully captured and expressed so much here. Love,’ under rainbows of sun and moon’ ‘ a light that agelessly shines’ and the last stanza especially. Such a delightful, happy read that puts a glow in your heart. Thank you for sharing this wonderful poem. Hope you are well dear one. Hugs and blessings xx

I'd say, "whoever (you) is in this poem, is a lucky man" Love begins in the heart. Love affairs begin when two hearts beat as one. Lovely poetry Lisa. Super love poem! I hope all is well with you and yours:)

I agree...love matters not the how or why. It just 'is.' Your 'reactionary' poem was filled with insight and was a joy to read. Hope you are doing well. Thinking of you, hugs & blessings, Sara
